My motivation in creating my web site was to help others in their HVAC career goals. I was very blessed after serving my stick in the U.S. Navy. I was able to go all over the world on the USS Enterprise CVAN-65. I loved serving on this ship. The ship was a floating city. It was in 1960 and the start of the Nuclear Navy. However, I was married and away from my family for long periods, so it was time to leave the service. I was married with two small children and once out in the "real" world, well "we have a problem"! No Job!
I had my wife's family’s friends trying to help me. One even worked a deal for me as a mechanic with United Air Lines at Washington National Airport. I remember going to the personal office and standing at the door. I had the job. I could not enter the office. All I could think of was how am I going to work with the other employees. I turned around and went home. The first question from my wife was; how did it go? That was the time when I knew I had to start my career on my own, at least obtain a paycheck position with a company.
Over the last 40 years, I have gained expertise in facility sales and service management operations. It has taken me on an exciting and rewarding career. Over time, I found that it was easier and profitable to illustrate the how to by offering my services as a company adviser and later on becoming a speaker at service trade events.

- My life and career are intricately intertwined, as such that it’s impossible to separate the two. This creates a partial impression of who I am today because of changes over time. I’m not the same person I was ten years ago. Knowing how to change makes it easier for people to understand the context of what positive change can create. After I retired in 2002, I started my own company. I live in a Constitutional Republic not a democracy. I am in awe of our Founding Fathers and the documents they penned. And, I abhor what most Members of Congress are doing to “OUR” CONSTITUTION.
